- To book and remind you of appointments
- To contact you about your bookings and treatments

Who we share it with
We share data only with the services that help us run the business:
- Fresha - booking management (their privacy policy applies).
- Cloudflare - website hosting and security.
- WhatsApp / Meta - when you message us on WhatsApp.
- Google - Maps and any Google services embedded on the site.
We never sell your data, and we don't share it with marketers.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and booking records for as long as you remain a client, plus the minimum retention period required by Spanish tax law (typically 4 years). You can ask us to delete your records at any time.
